Our Mission

Today, over 28 million Americans remain uninsured, facing daily uncertainty and vulnerability due to a lack of access to essential health services. These are our friends, neighbors, and colleagues—individuals, families, and children who work hard yet are left exposed to the dangers of unforeseen illness or injury. Our new health insurance company is being founded with a singular, urgent goal: to bring high-quality, affordable health coverage to every one of these uninsured Americans.

Our approach is innovative and deeply rooted in community needs. We aim to leverage advanced technology, evidence-based care models, and strong partnerships with local providers to reduce costs by eliminating shareholders and reducing administrative costs. These savings will be used to directly care for the uninsured. By focusing on preventive care, education, and doctors, we will not only improve the health of individuals but also strengthen our communities and our economy.

Today’s AI technology will enable us to keep administrative costs minimal. Historically, US healthcare insurance companies spend 2-3x other developed countries.  

Health Education

Helping Americans get and stay healthy is our priority. We'll focus on educating Americans on best practices for their health and the health of their family and friends.
